I can’t recommend Live Oak enough. They were so understanding and caring on one of the hardest days of my life. The driver (Ethan) was so respectful to my pup and patient with me as I gave him multiple last kisses and pets. He let me know he’d be wrapped in his blanket at all times until cremation and he texted me to let me know when they arrived safely. He also delivered the ashes back to my home along with nose and paw prints. Everything went so smoothly and I’m so grateful for their kindness.

Great service. Our beloved dog of 13 years past away few days ago. Live Oak Pet Services were great on the phone and Ethan picked our dog up with dignity, loyalty and kindness. He showed great compassion. Thank you again for serving us in a difficult time.

This company provided me with the joy of having my pet be with me, even though he is no longer with us. They provided the utmost care to Rab when he was picked up. When he was returned I was given a beautiful handmade urn with his picture, name, and quote of my choice. They even gave me flower seeds. I have never worked with a friendlier company. I will forever and always choose Live Oak with the care of my animals when that time comes. Ethan is also pretty great!

I have used Live Oak (thru my vet office) for having a couple of my beloved dogs cremated. I am always most grateful for their services, care, compassion & their sympathy rainbow card acknowledging my loss. The urns they offer are pretty and of nice quality as is my pup’s paw print. All are nicely & securely boxed up when delivered back to you. I appreciate the care taken & believe they hold strong values in what they do to provide that extra piece of mind by sharing their love. Live Oak has taken care of our furbabies for many years. They are kind, compassionate, and work to make post life care as easy as possible on their clients.
