I love this place. It's cool to see all the kitties playing together in a room and being social, and you can tell the people who run it really care about the animals. I like that they also give medical treatment and shots for the cats you adopt from there. Adoption was quick and easy and I felt like I could get to know the pet's personality well and interact properly with my kitten before I got her. 10/10. One of the best rescues out there.

Accused us of neglecting our kitten we got from them. We have 4 other healthy cats that we have raised from kitten hood. These four cats are healthy full weight and well taken care of. When we were given the kitten she was 6 weeks old and had evidence of fleas. We rushed her to them the day before she passed because she got stuck under our nightstand hoping they could help us but instead got laughed at when we asked if we could see her to say goodbye. She apparently died from anemia because of the fleas. They said we should have brought her in when we first noticed the fleas but that would have done nothing as she was to young for medication. We couldn’t even give her a bath yet. She died in their care. We have had nothing but bad experiences with them. They are rude and condescending. Ad

I went in to information and fill out adoption forms asked to see a kitten I was interested in and ask about other animals and I whent home with two new family members. The staff was friendly and gave me lots of information.

I brought in a 1 day old orphan kitty. Brandy and the others there gave me instructions, advice, bottles, baby formula, syringes, protein and what became my kitty's favorite friend and security blanket...a stuffed Turtle. These folks love animals and are very compassionate. I can't thank them enough.

In response to Rena. The kitten left our care with no fleas and in good health. Was sent home with our goodie bag of food. They called us saying she was under the night stand and not doing well. They said they couldn't afford a vet so we said bring it to us. When she arrived it was evident that she was anemic from fleas. She had flea dirt on her almost 1 inch thick. She was old enough for a dawn dish soap bath. That is a standard practice. We have evidence of the condition she left in and the one she arrived in. We tried all through the night to bring this 46 ounce kitten back to life. This is the second kitten in their care that has passes away. We don't have ill feelings things can happen but it was a terrible sight to see. Based off of that as a rescue we have the right to with hold a a
