I wish I could give zero. My wife and I have been here on two separate occasions (months apart) and both experienced the same thing. This was the second time this wash was completely out of all their shampoos, conditioner, and pet deodorizer. Not only that, but the leash mechanism to hold your dog in place is broken. I have asked for a refund and will update review if owner gets back to me and refunds me.
Worst experience. Out of the shampoo, conditioner, ect. Looked at my bank account and it has charged me 40 dollars and I had to bring all my own stuff.
