I have a very nervous dog, and LFOF is fantastic with him. The check in process avoids any animal interaction to create a calm and controlled environment for him. They’re really caring and thoughtful in their approach. They also explain things well, are easy to schedule with, and don’t overcharge/recommend procedures unnecessarily. Best vet I have been to in the area!

Customer opinion: The owner and her staff seem so overwhelmed and unhappy that they are unable to make logical business decisions and instead act from an emotional place. Summary: Have been using this vet for years, as a first time cat owner. After a scheduling issue (I embarrassingly missed an appt for the first time and called to apologize and figure out next steps) that I discussed with the staff and ultimately the owner, Kathryn Watterson, it confirmed my intuition that I should not trust them with my cat's care. 1) The owner stated since Covid, they have been burnt out and overwhelmed. I noticed that the staff's general demeanor had been defensive and rigid at times but brushed it off. On a call, I mentioned that if any issues ever came up with scheduling that they could call me

I have been going to LFoF for over 20 years. A few days ago I had to make the hard decision to say goodbye to my sweet baby girl, Ginger. Dr. Burke had cared for her lovingly for almost 22 years. We know when we have pets we will inevitably have to say goodbye. I’ve never experienced such a loving , peaceful transition. Dr. Burke cried with us, comforted us, made us laugh. Reminded us of how wonderful our time was with Ginger. Wrapped our baby in a handmade blanket. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Burke and all the staff. I wouldn’t want anyone else to care for my babies.

Dr. Burke is great with my cats, especially little Piper who has many medical conditions. I feel like I’m actually being heard and not rushed like at some other vets I’ve been to. Prices are reasonable and the front desk has always been kind and helpful when I’ve called.

Dr. Burke is an incredible human. She is so personable to me and loving toward my pets it brings tears to my eyes. She has a huge heart and it shows with her staff as well. Really wonderful place ❤️.
