I have so much to say bout this place, but I’m going to start with this. We’ve never had any issues UNTIL this year. My most recent visit made me so unhappy and wanted to walk out and go somewhere else. While I was waiting for my dog, one of the techs (I’m assuming) came in to ask me a question. Right of the bat she was very rude and has such a bad attitude as if she were a teenager. Giving me this for something that was completely out of my control and was acting like I neglected my dog. I did what I was told, until I couldn’t because my regular vet was unable to complete something that Lititz wanted done. My dog went 4 extra days because I was unable to call off work to drive 2 hours and wait around for god knows how long so Lititz could do what they needed. That tech should NOT be worki

Always friendly staff. Dr Runnels is the best. She has done many surgeries for my dogs over the years. My old vet would always refer me out to somewhere else for all procedures and Lititz Vet Clinic was always on that list. So I just switched vet offices. Both Dr Runnels and Dr Bill are very friendly and compassionate.

This place rescheduled my kittens spay appointment twice. Then my husband drops her off at 8 am and surgery did not begin til 1 pm and then they wanted me to wait until 6 pm to pick her up. I told them no I am coming at 5. I get there and this place is awful it looked like a back woods vet that accepys chickens for payment. The staff in office were incompetent..I had to tell them my cats name 4 times. Did not welcome anyone who came in. I am just glad I have my baby back. They r inexpensive that's about it. Oh and they shaved my baby way too much. She small and is so cold without her fur.

Dr Rabuffo performed a ACL and Meniscus surgery on my 8 year old cavalier and was compassionate and understanding of my stress. I highly recommend her. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all my questions before and after the surgery. They have a great staff. Thank you.
