Jacki does an AMAZING job with our pup! She is also the sweetest person and makes Milo feel comfortable through the whole grooming process. She has been grooming him for us for almost a year and we’ll always choose Embark for his grooming needs!
Jacki did an amazing job on our 11 year old cockapoo. She is so friendly and our dog loved her immediately. The cut turned out perfect and exactly as we wanted and she took extra care around a cyst our dog has on her back. Can’t recommend her enough! Just the best grooming experience we’ve ever had. So grateful!
Jacki is a treasure! She is so kind, competent, and reliable -- a hard combination to find. She is excellent with our very senior mini Aussie, always accommodating his elderly dog ailments yet still turning out a great finished grooming job. I highly recommend her!
