Lisa's Pet Pawlor & Supawvised

Hailey did such an amazing job with our dog Pepper! I've been thing to find a good groomer who will take good care of my dog and this place was amazing!! She did what I asked for and was so kind! The last time I got my dog a haircut it was somewhere else and they didn't so what I asked then complained when I asked them to fix it, but Hailey did so good and made sure everything was just how I wanted! Reasonable price too, paid about $90 for a full groom, which included nails, bath & dry, haircut, and I think something else I don't remember haha. Will definitely be taking Pepper back!!

I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. I am still in absolute shock as to what happened to my baby Coco. I took her to Lisa’s pet pawlor to get groomed on Saturday like I have done so many times before. I dropped her off at 8:30 am , at 3:30pm I called to ask if she was ready to be picked up and I was informed that there had been an accident. I kept asking what happened and I kept getting I don’t know but she’s DEAD. What how , when and why wasn’t I called ? Did you rush her to a vet ? All questions I asked and got NO clear answer too. I also asked what time she died and was told 11-1130 that morning. when I arrived there the groomer was conducting business as usual and had my baby wrapped in a blanket in a kennel by the front door. Our puppies were in desperate need of nail clippings and gland expression! We told her about how Stanley doesn't like his feet touched and might bite, and how Daisy threatened to eat the people who tried to groom her last time (these are both small dogs, btw) and she did a super good job! We could tell they felt better afterwards. We got the full grooming package, plus their teeth brushed, and Stanley got a haircut. They smelled good and looked so cute with their little Fall accessories!!

I love this place so much. The workers are always professional and kind. I appreciate the thorough job and the primary focus being a job well done. I think I’ve been taking my dog here for at least a year now. Prior I tried taking her to petsmart and it was not so good. Two workers were trying to hold her still as she was freaking out. The first time I took my dog to Lisa’s place and as of today I’ve never had any complaints. Thank you for caring about your customers and their pets the way you do!
