This veterinary office have the best staff better than 2 previous ones my yorkie been too.So after 2 trips to another veterinary office twice my yorkie was so sick he kept me busy for days we me and him both not getting no sleep because of side effects of what medicine was given him he became extremely sick with nausea and diarrhea. I feel I went searching for a miracle to find a second opinion and this office made the difference in one office visit that my yorkie and I both got a restful evening for first time in days .I will always visit this veterinary office in Lincoln AL for all my pet needs in the future they really listen to me and went belong the norm to help me and my yorkie situation ,thank you to the staff at this office for outstanding care of my yorkie.

I've take my fur babies here few times, and the last time I sat (with an appointment) and watched others keep going ahead of me and after a hour I ask how much longer it would be, and they ask the name and acted like they hadn't even talked to me or seen me sitting there waiting. Then the doctor acting like he could care less to answer my questions. Walked out very upset and after hundreds of dollars later, the meds didn't even work, and had to take my baby somewhere else to get her better. They are all about money, and the doctors bedside manner could be so much better! I've paid less to go to an emergency clinic.

They are the best! We moved to this area less than a year ago! My pup had just had a cancerous lump removed at our old vet. He tore the incision wide open! They helped me tend to his wound and we did an open wound healing process. There have been other instances since that they have worked us in on same day emergencies. They are the best!

Their staff is kind and caring and you can tell that they generally enjoy working together. They are very accommodating and their prices are very fair. We love them!
