Groomingdale's Pet Salon

Very courteous and professional when answering questions and giving information over the phone concerning the services they offer, pricing, estimated time to perform services, etc. They gave an additional personal touch by putting bandanas on both our dogs...unexpected and very cute! I'll definitely be back to utilize their services! Pricing was very reasonable and affordable, they also show in their interactions with pets they truly love animals!

UPDATE (9/16/23) - Cato went for his 4th visit to Groomingdales. I can not even tell you how awesome this place is. Some places are great when you first go, then go downhill after that. Not Groomingdales in Lincoln. They are so good with Cato and he is always happy and spunky when I pick him up. And he ALWAYS looks spectacular. Thank goodness I found this place 💜💜💜 January, 2023 - I took Cato to Groomingdales for the first time today. He looked AMAZING. Cato is blind so I worry about leaving him with strangers. They made me feel at ease and Cato was a happy little camper, all frisky, when they were done. He will be a regular now.

I would have left a better review because they did a great job grooming and bathing my dogs. However, they were asked not to throw away their flea collars, which I had just purchased for over $100. My dogs were dropped off and picked up on Thursday and since they had bandanas on, I did not notice right away that their flea collars were not on them. Due to my work schedule and the salon hours, I wasn’t able to return to the salon until Saturday, at which point I was told the collars had been thrown away—despite the specific request not to do so. The staff’s response was dismissive and rude, essentially saying, “Oh well, I don’t know what to tell you, I was not the groomer that day”. I wish they could have called me or held the collars for longer than one day to give me a chance to go and g

After we moved from Alexander City to Lincoln over a year ago, I was concerned about finding a groomer as good as the one we had. Well, needless to say, Groomingdales is even better! Diana and her staff are wonderful. Our Sadie is never nervous to go which is a great sign. I highly recommend Groomingdales to everyone and their fur babies!!! The BEST!

Wonderful experience!! I've had a difficult time finding a place that makes me comfortable with my larger dog who is pet aggressive. She also has bad back legs and can be hard to lift without hurting her, but they have tables that rise from the floor! The entire staff were wonderful in making my pet and me comfortable by keeping her separate from other pets and being patient with her, all the while still getting her groom finished, and done very well at that! I will definitely be back.
