Liberty Animal Hospital

We've been using Liberty Animal Hospital for our cats for many years now. Our cats are generally in good health so visits are infrequent. Sadly in the last few years our experience using LAH has noticeably declined, with poor communication including delays returning phone calls being the most immediately noticeable issue. As of our latest visit they seem to be practically unreachable via phone unless they return your call hours, or even days later. During our last visit the poor communication and an inability to get in contact with LAH regarding our "hospitalized" pet resulted in (in my opinion) some unnecessary tests and an extra day of being charged for "hospitalization". We had a treatment plan and a payment agreement but when I brought my beautiful cat in for treatment the next day with payment in hand they “changed” their mind and tried to talk me into euthanasia instead of treating my animal. The extra days until I could get him into a new vet cost him his life and I will forever blame Office Manager Rene

Unprofessional. Stood out in the cold for over 30 minutes past our appointment time. Checked in over the phone when I got there (had to call several times because they weren't answering the phone). Couldn't go in the tiny waiting room because my dog can be sometimes be reactive towards other dogs, plus they have random cats roaming around and my dog is not a fan of cats, and I didn't want him to get the other dogs in the waiting room riled up. Nobody came out to help or say hi, or to finish checking us in. Not a hello, not a single update, no ETAs.. They vastly overfill their schedule and do not care about or respect anyone's time. They chose greed over quality service.

I love Liberty. Dr P is great. They addressed all my concerns and took very good car of my little dog. I trust Liberty.

We found Liberty by happenstance. Our dog needed emergency surgery and one of the ER vets recommended Liberty. We have since switched to Liberty for our dog, even though it's a much longer drive for us. It's worth it! The staff at Liberty are top notch. The vet really cares about our pet -it's apparent to me that it's not just a business to them. They truly care about the animals they treat. 100% recommended!
