Words really cannot express how grateful I am for Dr. Lesham and the staff. The kindness and compassion they have towards their patients is remarkable, because they truly go above and beyond to do what’s right and provide excellent care. I was unexpectedly facing the possibility of losing my beloved 4yo cat, and Dr. Lesham saved his life. Twice! Even when it was far from convenient. I’ve never experienced this level of care anywhere else. We actually live pretty far from here but I know that should I ever need surgery for our boys again, I won’t hesitate to call him first. Thank you for giving us more time with our sweet Orzo!

I called here to make an appointment for a CCL surgery because they were recommended to me by my vet. While Dr. Leshem has a great reputation, the office staff could use some training in compassion. After the woman told me that it would be months before they could fit my dog in for surgery, I expressed concern about the wait and questioned if my dog was able to endure the pain from the injury for that amount of time. Instead of trying to put my worries at ease, she replied "well, she has 3 other legs." I guess compassion is optional.

Absolutely Top Notch Care! Our dog Michael is a bit older and had some health challenges, so we were understandably nervous about surgery on his leg. Dr. Acquaviva took every precaution to ensure Michael could safely undergo the procedure. The surgery was successful, but Michael experienced some complications afterward. Thanks to Dr. Acquaviva and his wonderful staff, the issue was quickly recognized and addressed. I truly believe that without their diligence and expertise, we might have lost our dog. The team at Leshem took great care of my boy Jaws who was in for a spleen removal surgery. Everything about the procedure was handled very professionally. The doctor did a great job explaining all the risks, scenarios, odds of things, etc to me and made me feel very comfortable. They kept Jaws overnight and when I went back to pick him up everyone up front was so sweet with him. Just all around good people over here.

Very happy they fixed my dogs leg . He was hit by a car and needed a pretty major surgery on his leg . They took us in on a holiday and kept up with his weekly care for months until he was better . Don’t think he would be around if it wasn’t for them . Many thanks . 🙏
