Lovely staff and service. This is a small office that gives a family run veterinary practice vibe in the best way. I’ve been to many vet clinics around town and some are so corporate feeling that they lose the personalized service. While some are so small it’s difficult to get in to be seen when you have problems. This is just right. The front desk staff are warm and friendly and the techs are knowledgeable and compassionate. My pup has had several issues and they’ve been very helpful and quickly responsive, especially with filling medications. Glad to have this vet office near us in Boise.

Cyrus, our 100-lb Lab retriever mutt, was treated with the utmost respect and kindness over the past 12 years. The respect this staff and the doctors have for their animal patients is beyond commendable. Cyrus seemed to have every issue imaginable, yet the doctors and staff were never dismissive—always concerned, always attentive, and always focused on helping him feel better. Cy actually loved going to the vet—he couldn’t wait to be there. When the time came to let Cyrus go, we chose to have it done at the clinic. He passed quietly and comfortably, surrounded by the same caring staff who had looked after him for so many years—and, of course, his humans. What a wonderful staff and team. Both of my dogs are so well treated and cared for. Today, I called in to see if they could see my younger dachshund who has had this strange cough and shaking for the past four days.I really didn’t want to take him to the emergency room and, though they were fully booked, Kaila went out of her way to check with the doctor on the symptoms and was able to line me up with medications within the hour. If you live on the west side of downtown Boise, I highly recommend the team there.

I am new in town and noticed that my dog seemed to be having the beginnings of kennel cough. He had it once before so I recognized the symptoms. When I arrived at the vet, they brought me directly into an exam room so that way if he was contagious, I was not sitting in a waiting room with him. All the staff were very wonderful and kind and gentle with Snoop. They treated him with care and spoke directly to me and I was extremely grateful.

Still a locally owned independent vet. All the doctors and techs are compassionate and skilled. We've been at the practice for over 8 years for routine care, illness and emergencies and always received excellent service at fair and reasonable prices. We can always get an appointment when needed. I have complete confidence in this practice.
