My pup is there now for training. Will see how it works out.Dennis has years of experience training. ** 1 year later. My dog has retained the training received amd continues to improve. Impressed!!

My yellow lab, Cam, went through the obedience training program and I am thrilled with the results! We dropped of a wild puppy that I could barely walk without being knocked over and picked up a well behaved dog that is an absolute joy to have in our family. Every step of the way we felt Dennis went above and beyond to make sure our pup was taken care of and well trained. I can’t say thank you enough! Took my dog for obedience training at Legacy Retrievers at 6 months. Dennis and his trainers worked with her until she reached all her milestones for both on and off leash training. I could tell at pick-up/my training that trainer Mallori had formed a close bond with my dog and took great pride in her work. In total, my dog took 11 weeks to complete her obedience training and I appreciated that they worked with her until she reached her milestones not just for a set number of weeks. My dog has a ton of energy and takes a bit to get focused so they had their work cut out for them. Every time I contacted Dennis he responded timely with an update on what they were doing (I checked in about once a week) and he worked with my schedule to pick her up and go through my training. Trained our german shepard and never gave up. The most incredible trainer you can trust. Sadie girl was OUT OF CONTROL. She is now the most loving obedient service dog. Credit to Dennis for his determination to not give up on her stubbornness.

I just bought a puppy from here and had it trained by them as well before I brought it home. The dog works great! I really appreciate the time spent getting the dog used to me. A few field visits with their supervision and BAMM! I highly recommend Legacy to anyone.
