Lead Dog Coaching and Training

Andrea continues to be so helpful to us with training our 5-month-old standard poodle puppy! Her coaching, advise and tips are all easy-to-understand and effective (and she makes it fun!) Having Andrea come to our house/backyard for the private training sessions allows us to focus on our dog's specific issues, while learning and practicing in the same circumstances our dog lives and performs. We highly recommend Lead Dog!!!

Andrea is an amazing source of information and wonderful to work with. We have two dogs (ages five [English Lab] and three [Lab/Cattle dog mix]) that she is working with us for on-leash reactivity and general obedience issues. Getting a “pandemic puppy” has brought about some unique challenges we weren’t expecting, but Andrea has been positive and encouraging in addressing those challenges. She’s as good at training the humans a she is at training the pups and I highly recommend her!

Andrea is wonderful! She has been incredibly helpful with my anxious and high-energy 3-year old Mini Aussie. We have gotten help from Andrea a few times over the years, and she's always tailored her approach to our pup based on our feedback and our lifestyle. She's a wealth of knowledge and has helped us fine-tune our approach from several angles including nutrition, routine, enrichment games, and obedience. Andrea is approachable, non-judgmental, and a calming presence, which is exactly what we needed!

Andrea at Lead Dog is amazing. We got a one-year-old rescue dog and realized pretty quickly that we needed help. Andrea has come to our house and worked with both the family and our dog. We left with a much better understanding of how to communicate and train our new addition to the family. Andrea gave detailed notes and was quick to respond with other questions as they inevitably arose. We are really happy with Andrea's help and happy to say that our pup is doing very well too.
