501 (c)(3) All volunteer, donation and fundraeisr funded. Our mission is to rescue animals that have been abused, neglected, or abandoned in need of refuge and connect them with children and volunteers to give them the love and attention they deserve.
What a wonderful little farm and sanctuary. Call ahead to ensure availability. There are horses and ponies to feed, brush and pet. There are goats and dogs, as well. They take donations and have many events scheduled throughout the year, including wagon rides, pulled by horses. They do a lot for the local community and area children.
A great place to visit , family friendly and the children will absolutely love it. All the animals are happy and well taken care of. Make it a point to stop by next time you are in the area. Don’t forget the peppermint candies !!! The horses love it 😊
Great place to visit. The animals are well cared for, and seem to be very happy. Lisa dose a wonderful job with the animals. From what I’ve seen the volunteers are also great at looking after, and taking care of the animals. Highly recommend stopping by LDB farm you won’t regret it.
Lisa does an amazing job! She involves the youth in her community and gives them an amazing place to learn and interact with the animals. Disregard the 1 stars… they are horrible people who are just jealous of her success!!!
