I was approved to adopt Chowder the cat and they left a voice mail that I could pick him up at Petsmart and I shopped and bought all the cat supplies and then I go to pick up the cat and they gave him to someone else because they said they left 2 messages and I didn't respond and I did call them back and left a message but they never answer the phone. The lady over there named starting with M has done this before. She's not a nice person and shame on this shelter and go somewhere else to adopt a pet.

Wonderful place with super people taking care of of cats and dogs. So grateful for their compassion and letting me drop off sheets and towels

Very helpful. I have been here a few times over the past couple years to make donations. I recently adopted a kitten. If you fill out an application for adoption, follow it up with a phone call or you may not hear back. I missed an opportunity by not following up soon enough. Otherwise no complaints. Everyone is always super helpful and kind. Donate!!

Very rude and make the process of adoption so difficult that I went to another shelter and adopted with no problem. You'd think these people would want people that love animals to adopt. I feel sorry for all the animals at that shelter.

You'd think we could walk in and look at animals before applying. Nope, wouldn't let us. What a deterrent from adopting from here. Very sad. Any animal that dies here is due to their policies.
