I take my dog there for grooming services. I always let them know she was rescued from a hoarding situation and they always treat her with care. They also have everything you would need for your pet. Friendly staff, large variety....nice place.
Pet Smart in New Castle, PA has no respect for the handicap. All the parking spots they have and they had to push the handicap spots back so they can have their customers for pickup come first. Why don’t you hire people who can walk 10 extra feet instead of making it hard on the folks who have a hard time walking?? Shame on you!!!
Great and friendly employees. They have cats from the Humane Society of Lawrence County available for adoption.
A great Petsmart. I’d like to take a minute to thank some of the best customer service. A shout out to Tino and Tiffany for going beyond to help customers and always being so nice. I think more people in this world need to be like this.
Had a great experience! Both my puppers Jake and me. Very very friendly staff and they did an amazing job making my dog happy and look so handsome :) We will be back when it's time for another pamper day!
