Not coming back again, totally scammed. 2nd time i come here, first time they offered me a 5 wash offer for my dog, for 40 dollars, registered my phone number and charged me, washed my dog. Came back for a 2nd time for the following wash, guy at the cashier was like they didnt give you a card? I said no, but they registered my phone number, i bought the 5 wash package. He was like sorry gonna have to charge you for a new one, what a nice 55 dollar charge for 2 dog washes, not interested in getting contacted or refunded, keep the balance, maybe next time you learn a little about lifetime value of a customer.

Lauren’s Grooming Katy is amazing! As an over protective pet owner, I feel comfortable with leaving my puppy in their care! She is always excited to be handed over and always looks adorable when finished. Lauren is very patient and worked with me to understand exactly what I wanted. One time, I completely missed my appointment and she worked me in for the next day even though she was completely booked. Very accommodating and professional! And beautiful work!

I thought for sure I'd left a review before, but I cannot find it. My dogs have never had a bad experience here! After our senior dog was traumatized by a bad experience, she was too nervous to even get in a car without stomach upset. I let Lauren know she was an anxious pup, and she took the time to help her relax and immediately started booking her as an express groom to get her in and out as fast as possible to reduce her stress. It took a few visits, but Ruby loves being in the car again, and she is back to socializing well. I absolutely attribute her recovery to Lauren. That a business owner took the time to help our dog heal from a traumatic experience tells me everything I need to know. Lauren's grooming was the best experience in our dog's life. Lauren(Owner) and Veronica absolutely are so professional, and they do a great job whenever I take my sweet girl over. They spend enough time brushing her curly and knotted hair. Lucy smells amazing after their service, and her hair is so soft. we were so lucky to find them after a horrible experience Lucy had with Pet Smart grooming. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

Very happy with the results! This was my first time using a groomer and I was nervous dropping her off but she looks amazing. Her fur feels extremely soft and she smells wonderful :) I really like the shape, the pictures don’t do it justice!
