I myself am not a patron, but I am a regular user of the bus stop outside of this strip of businesses, and I have had more than once in the past few weeks where patrons would either stop in the middle of nine mile right in front of the bus stop area right before the bus comes to pick up or have had where patrons have rolled up over onto the sidewalk and parked on the sidewalk in front of the building, which since the redoing of Nine Mile, there is no longer any frontal parking area space like it used to be. All parking is to now be done in the back for rear of the buildings. I, not I'm sure others waiting on the bus, appreciate having to worry about if the bus is going to pass us by because someone stopping in front of the bus stop area in middle of busy 9 Mile to take their pet into the g

So I love this lady to death and I've been going to this lady for the last 3 years and she has done me no wrong but this last time she said that my dogs were so matted at that she had to cut one of my dog's tails off I know that not to be true because I comb my dogs everyday and my dogs tail was not that matted this right here she scalped my dogs to the Bone saying that they were mtted and I know I take care of my dogs than that so I really am upset with this grooming that I do not appreciate her doing this it would have been respectful she had called me and said I may have to cut your dog's tail off and give me the opportunity to tell her yes or no but this was the last time I'm going to go to that groomer 3 months ago I was there and the dogs tail is not grown back yet this is very disa

My dogs first visit and Laura was so friendly and courteous! My dogs looked cute and well groomed! Laura extracted their anal glands and trimmed their nails including washand trim.......we will definitely return!
