Jeanna and her team went above and beyond to ensure my three dogs were comfortable and well cared for. Before our first visit, Jeanna took the time to get to know each dog individually, asking detailed questions about their personalities, activity levels, food preferences, and relief habits. That level of preparation gave me immediate confidence in their approach. Throughout the visits, I received regular photo updates that showed happy, relaxed pups which was incredibly reassuring. It's clear that Latchkey Pets treats every animal like family. I couldn't be more grateful for their professionalism, warmth, and genuine love for animals. Highly recommend!

Melanie and her team are amazing and so happy that I found LatchKey Pets! My mom had a big life change and moved into assisted living and lost her backyard for her pup. Melanie has been really helpful as we have been figuring out when and how often her pup needs a walk each day. The team is so realiable, and it is evident they love animals. I never worry that she isn’t getting what she needs and they are great about figuring things out if something unique arises. Highly recommend!!!

Updated Review: I have now used Latchkey Pets 3 times and I could not be happier with them! They take such good care of my dog and he clearly loves it when they come visit him! They are excellent communicators and understand that life happens and plans change ... and they are flexible when it is needed! They are amazing!!!!! This was my first experience with Latchkey Pets and it will NOT be my last! I went away, overseas, for 2 weeks and left them in charge of my senior dog. They sent updates each time they visited with details on what they did and how he was doing -- they did not miss one check in with me!!!! I have used Latchkey Pets multiple times to watch my dogs and ferrets while out of town, and they have done a fantastic job. They are always available to take care of my furry fam, even at short notice. Not many sitters will watch ferrets, and they have done a great job with them. As Ferret parents know, ferrets can take a little extra care, and Latchkey Pets has shown me they can provide the necessary care and spend extra time with them. Knowing my fur babies are in good hands, I have always felt at ease when away. Their sitters are skilled, professional, personable, and polite. They send daily pictures of my pets, which is fantastic to see how they are doing, and they keep a detailed log of what was done each day. I have used them for daily visits and overnight stays. They took care of my babies as their own. My furbabies are excited to see them at every visit.
