The whole staff is so helpful with any questions I have with the setup process or fish. The staff is super knowledgeable! The water quality of all fish for sell top notch! This is the only place I shop for my fish supplies and fresh water fish for my aquarium! Love these people! I choose to support this place over the big box places.

Go in and ask for Sarah, she is exceptional! She is very knowledgeable when it comes to the fish and plants. They also have live food for your aquarium. On Saturdays you might even catch her giving Smigel (22 year old bird) a bath. This is a small business which is dedicated to customer service.

By far as of right now one of the best fish stores I have ever been to and the best part is it’s a ma and pa kinda store where you as a customer are important and believe me when I tell you this they make you feel that way. I was lucky enough to meet Alexus. She helped me and I felt more like a family member then I felt like I was shopping. And the knowledge she has about the fish I was interested in blew me away. And the way she felt about the fish made me even more confident and comfortable shopping there that there was a genuine care that the fish are going to a good home. I will absolutely be using this store as my main go to in my fish and fish supply’s

I came here yesterday to adopt 3 baby female rats. The prices per rat were great, about $5 each per small rat and I think around $8 for large rats. However like every other pet store they were kept in glass tanks with woodchip bedding which both aren’t good for rodents respiratory health. Be sure to use a dust free paper bedding for your rodents. But all the rats seemed healthy, my girls have clear eyes, ears, and shiny coats. The prices for supplies are a little high, which I did not mind paying extra since it is an independent pet store and I like to support local businesses. They carry a lot of outdated toys like colored woods and rodent cages that are way too small even for a hamster. Which again isn’t unusual for pet stores. What an amazing shop, so many aquariums, birds, reptiles and other little animals. Also large assortment of stuff that you will need to care for your pets. We found very good shampoo for our pup, haven’t seen that brand anywhere else.
