The staff is so sweet, our first time and they were so kind and loving to Cinnamon. They took her for an ear cleaning and vaccinations and after that she still wanted to snuggle with the nurses so I know they were gentle and sweet even when they had her in the back.

My now 11-mo old Aussie has been a patient at another nearby vet hospital for the past 9 mos. I thought that fact might help me to find an appt for my 15yo “baby” Harley when she had a serious bout of diarrhea. This other vet’s website explicitly states, “Call us if you can’t find an open spot on our online scheduler.” I called, they couldn’t/didn’t accommodate me. But Largo Vet Hospital did! Same day. (As long as I could get them Harley’s records from her Miami vet’s office—-which I managed to do within the half hour). Couldn’t have been happier with Dr. Daniel Gillespie’s care. Answered every question I had (and I came prepared). The rest of the staff bent over backwards to make me and especially Harley feel comfortable. Opening doors (Harley doesn’t walk much, I carry her), laying out t

I started bringing my 17 (going on 18) old man beginning of this year for his CKD biannual checkups. They have always done right by him. Even though i call with a million questions after his appointments on after care instructions and anxiety, I’m always met with kindness and understanding. My baby recently had a dental emergency which caused significant swelling. I took him to an emergency vet elsewhere late at night, to be given the wrong antibiotics, scruffing him harshly, not working with his boundaries and most importantly made comments regarding his coat. As a senior cat ill admit his grooming hasnt been his strongest suit but why poke fun at him and indirectly at the owner. When i brought him to largo, a team that cares, they completely worked with me and my schedule to get my boy i

I recently moved to Clearwater. I was traveling 45 mins to see my vet (that I’ve had for 12 years and loved) when my newly adopted pup was diagnosed with (out of control) Diabetes. I told my vet I was going to take him to Largo since it was closer and open on Saturday. That’s why I came here, why I stay is another story! Dr. Daniels is awesome! Her staff is awesome, my techs, Crystal and Victoria were knowledgeable, friendly and informative, and they interacted with my pup as if they’d known him forever! I came out of necessity but stay out of loyalty. This IS my vet now and I would highly recommend them! And his Diabetes is under control now! ❤️

I’ve been coming to see Dr Daniel’s for years now. She is a wonderful vet however, they are too booked for real emergencies for their patients. I called yesterday with an emergency and they said they couldn’t until next Monday to take my baby boy to a vet ER. I did and those Ers have no idea anything about your animals your a number and nobody could find out so they wanted to send me to another ER vet all the way in Tampa. Well my baby Arty passed away and he was only 7 months old. Now I’m wondering what happened within just one week while I was gone. But now I’m considering finding a new vet since Dr Daniel’s can’t see her patients for emergencies I feel they just don’t care now about getting you in. But everytime when they are running late they tell me oh we had an emergency everyd
