I can’t say enough wonderful things about Lakeview Animal Clinic! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Paighton, in particular, has been an absolute standout. She took the time to thoroughly educate me on the best ways to care for my cats, answered all of my questions with kindness and patience, and made both of my cats feel at ease. It’s clear she not only knows her stuff, but truly loves what she does — and her approachable, friendly way made every visit comfortable and positive. Dr. Augustin is equally amazing. She is fully engaged in every appointment, clearly invested in my pets’ health, and incredibly knowledgeable. We had the best experience at Lakeview! This is our third puppy and the best first puppy visit we’ve ever had. The vet assistant, Mackenzie, was so through with our puppy visit and gave such great information and kept our puppy busy so we could listen with our full attention. Dr. Augustin was the best vet ever. She was the most anttentive and sincere vet we’ve worked with. She answered questions honestly and asked us the best questions. Our puppy loved being there and didn’t even notice she got her shots! I couldn’t recommend Dr Augustin and her staff enough!
