I truly cannot thank Dr. Crippen and her team enough. She cared for my grandparents’ cat, Jack, for 16 years. I needed to take over for my grandparents and ensure Jack was looked after. I scheduled a visit to have him checked out one more time before flying him to New York. She helped make sure he was safe and comfortable for a long flight. It was so evident just how much Dr. Crippen cared for Jack and my grandmother all these years. Dr. Crippen was prepared with all of his vet records and truly helped this tough time become a smooth transition. Jack is such a healthy cat for being 16 (especially considering he only has 3 legs!) and I truly attribute it to the care he received here. Hi There, As of recently, this location in Santa Rosa is now owned by Dr. Harsh Dogra. Got a referral from our family friend to take our 13 yr small dog to his office for dental cleaning. We are in Novato. Got timely texts and phone calls from the front desk for appointment reminders. The office is very neat and well kept with spacious exam rooms. The whole staff and front desk are very welcoming and friendly. Found Dr. Dogra to be very caring, compassionate and loving to our dog. Our small dog has a grade 2-3 heart murmur. He explained in details about the overall health of our dog, dental cleaning process with that kind of heart condition and some tests that were needed to perform. We had never encountered a vet so far in 13 yrs to go in such details with so much passion and honest asses

Excellent animal care, with detailed explanations and information in lay terms for owners and caregivers. We've taken our dogs here for many years and have always received kind, capable, and very thoughtful care from Dr. Crippen and her staff. She is a stickler for weight, to be sure. Managing a pets weight is one of the easiest things that all of us can do, to lengthen a friends life - that and dental care. The two are also the easiest for us to overlook. All in all this is a fine place to take your animals. She's been our beloved pets doctor for about 15 years. Straight talk, valuable opinions and good advice; I value that.

Dr Crippen is very professional and caring. Our dog had a lot of health issues from gut problem, allergies and other stuff. Dr Crippen has been very helpful and would do everything to help us and our furry babies. She does her research and prescribes medications or tests that are really needed to help our pets. She was able to extend the life of our beloved dog and made her feel comfortable . We are so fortunate to have her as our vet for 8 years now. She is I highly recommend her. She is one of the best Veterinarians here in Santa Rosa.
