Lakeshore Animal Clinic - Boarding & Grooming

We have been going to Lakeshore animal clinic for years. Dr. Parker is more than a veterinarian but a friend that engages in showing an interest in you and your furry family member (baby). She was with us when we rescued Annie our lab all the way to her life end—-this was a very very difficult time and she stayed in touch throughout. We were just there today (Jan 20) and she spends time sharing life experiences—has built such a bond with our other dog Peaches—she is compassionate—and wants the best—even when it’s hard to hear a diagnosis—there are options and a clear moment to advise and help understand. i started going to this vet a couple years ago with my two german shepherds. i have always struggled with the thought that no one could care about my dogs like i could. Lakeshore and Dr. Parker have proved me completely wrong. Dr. Parker has spent time and effort to get to know me and my dogs. the receptionists remember my dogs and are always kind and patient with me. in the midst of losing my older dog everyone has been kind, compassionate, and helpful. my younger dog having a rare eye issue as a puppy and they quickly jumped on it and referred me to an amazing eye specialist. they have always been supportive of not only my needs but my dogs as well. i will recommend this office forever and i am so thankful i found them.

I have two shelter dogs and they've never been to the vet before so I took them to Lakeshore Animal Clinic today and they are amazing one of the dogs very scared that we were going to leave her there but they were so kind and they were so wonderful I would recommend them to anyone for any pet they were amazing to us today

Hi there! I wanted to make sure and recognize how amazing this vet truly is. My pet, Spice, and I have had a pleasant time here and I really appreciate everything the workers have done all the way from our first visit to Spice's last visit. Unfortunately Spice was very old and she had some health problems towards the end of her life that the vets helped clear it up and make her comfortable. When her time came the vet made a euthanasia appointment and always assured me to postpone it if I thought she could make it a few more days. But, the vet is very good at what they do and Spice's last day was on the first appointment that was scheduled. These people walked me through step by step in our appointments and held my hand and cried with me as she unfortunately left us. These workers always

To say the staff is amazing is an understatement! I have a basset that had a horrible experience at another vet requiring sedation, ending in a seizure and a pretty sick dog for a few days. Lakeshore let us come in for a meet and greet ready with her file that had been read, treats and a pleasant and calming demeanor. To start they suggested medication prior to a nail trimming and if that didn’t work we could discuss further her needing to be sedated. We went for our appointment today, my girl was a little apprehensive but did walk back to the room with them. Less then 5 minutes later out they come, I’m thinking well sedation it will have to be but no, they had the nails trimmed! We will be going back next week just to continue to get her used to them and having her feet messed with! T
