Love this place! She gets your dog in and out quickly, great for my dog that is easily stressed . He always looks handsome and smells amazing when finished! Definitely recommend!

This was Jolene & Roxanne's First visit at the Cozy Pet Salon. ( Our King Charles Cavalier's) They were able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. We were very pleased with the groomers. They did a fantastic job with both of them!♡♡ Highly recommend.

While their grooming techniques are great, their customer service and loyalty to clients is pathetic, at best! If you miss an appointment, you're banned. I honestly forgot my dogs appointment and called within the hour to apologize. I offered to pay for my mistake. I received no returned call and when I took my other dog for his appointment, I was told "you missed an appointment so we cancelled your dogs. We have better things to do with our time". Wow. They didn't even bother to tell me not to bring my other dog - just "cancelled" me. Avoid these ladies at all cost. I love to support small business, but you can't run a business on this kind of customer service in this day and age. Too bad.

After taking my dog three times here I was happy with the service but then on the 4th visit I drop my dog off she calls me within an hour that she’s not going to finish grooming him. She claims he was matted and suggested I bring him down the street to Mojos. My pup was fully fluffed out she washed and combed him then says she can’t finish the job. I took him to Mojos per her recommendation they said Mam he’s not matted he’s perfectly fine ran there fingers through his soft fur with no issues. I don’t understand what happened I honestly think she was in a pinch and said I’m not finishing this dog. She didn’t even care to lose a customer she just dismissed me and sent me elsewhere. Tracie is the Best dog groomer around! She is great with all dogs! We will not take our mini poodle anywhere else! He loves going to see Tracie and she is always happy to see him! We are always very happy and pleased with how our little guy looks when we pick him up from Cozy’s! ❤️
