Lakemont Village Veterinary Hospital

We've been a patient of Drs. Nathan and Holly for over ten years. They've seen all of our five dogs and are thoughtful and patient when discussing any issues that arise with them. I appreciate being given options and staying conservative when possible. The staff is responsive and it's easy for me to ask a question where they'll ask the doctors and get back to me. I highly recommend them.

We truly cannot say enough good things about this clinic. From the moment you walk through the door, you can feel how deeply every single person here cares and that level of compassion never wavers. The doctors are exceptional: knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and genuinely invested in your pet’s well-being. They take the time to explain everything, answer every question, and make sure you never feel rushed or dismissed. The veterinary nurses/technicians are just as incredible, kind, gentle, attentive, and clearly there because they truly love animals. Can’t believe I haven’t written a review for our excellent vet Dr. Holly yet! She’s been a miracle worker for our extremely anxious and reactive pup. She is very patient, takes time to explain things, and is so good with our dog. We felt very comfortable from the first time we decided to try this office out, we’ve been with them now for about five years. Our dog gets Cytopoint injections a few times a year and we’re always able to get in quickly. We also do her nail trims and anal gland expression here. I’m confused by some of the reviews commenting on the expense- we don’t have pet insurances and pay out of pocket, we find their prices very fair for the area and for a veterinary practice. Amazing! My family has been going here for many years with multiple pets, but the latest visit for my kitty’s dental cleaning compelled me to leave a review. First, the costs were very affordable for high-quality care. Second, the staff is SO helpful and compassionate. They were great with my wiggly cat, and everyone, front staff and Dr. Holly, was very responsive to my questions and anxieties about the procedure. Third, her teeth look great. The care she received from start to finish was top notch. We brought our first pet in because this was the closest vet to us at the time. Since moving over an hour away, I will continue to bring my current cat to Lakemont Vet. Thank you so much for all that you do for your patients and their owners!!!

Dr. Holly and all the staff members are wonderful especially Sharene. I moved to the area in May 2020 with my two English Bulldogs and was very concerned about finding an experienced and knowledgable vet of the bulldog breed. I read tons of reviews and decided to give Lakemont a try and that was the best decision I made for my two dogs. Dr. Holly is the most compassionate and caring veterinary I've ever encountered. One of my dogs, Panda developed kidney cancer earlier this year and Dr. Holly was with me every step of the way and guided me on how to best care for her. When it was time to let her cross the rainbow bridge, I wanted Dr. Holly there because I knew she cared so much that she would not let my Panda suffer and she went peacefully in my lap.
