Midlakes is the best! The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable, caring and overall where anyone should want to have their fur babies cared for! They have given my pug baby and my ragdoll cat the utmost excellent care. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jenna, Dr. Twyla and Dr. Erin! The front desk and tech staff are incredible as well. Dr. Bennett and Jenny at Midlakes are easy to work with. When our kitten had an accident and we were in a pet ER, Dr. Bennett spoke to us by phone to reassure us without requiring an appointment. Dr. Bennett’s support made a big difference during this tough time. While we value the care provided by the Midlakes team, we’ve experienced issues with some staff and prescriptions management at their online pharmacy. Valid prescriptions went missing despite us being compliant with annual visits, etc., leaving our pets without required medication. We’ve also had difficult interactions with Kylie at the front desk, with overseeing staff providing explanations rather than accepting responsibility. Improving pharmacy coordination and front desk communication would make this clinic even better!

Midlakes Veterinary Hospital now occupies the same building that once housed Dr. Gene Bodily, a Northwest native who set the gold standard for veterinary care. He was straightforward, respected honest language, and valued real collaboration. The contrast with the current ownership could not be greater. Eleven months ago, the vets: Dr. Brown, Dr. Arnaz and Dr. Bennet all told me my cat, Tasmin, would be dead within days — weeks at very most. Many many thanks to Midlakes Hospital! The doctors and nurses at this veterinary hospital are incredibly professional. I'm a foreigner, and I brought my 17-year-old dog here two months ago. When I tried to describe his condition in slow and imperfect English, they listened patiently and showed great understanding. They also helped my dog effectively with his issues. There was no long wait time or any unreasonable charges. I truly hope more pets in need can encounter such a kind and capable medical team.
