We are absolutely thrilled with our new puppy! We couldn’t make it to the shelter for two weeks due to the January snow and ice, but Bri went above and beyond to stay in touch and reach back out to us. She made the entire process quick and professional. Our pup is totally perfect and we couldn't be happier with our new addition. They even sent us home with a bag full of nice goodies and treats to get her settled! We had heard great things about Lake Oconee Humane Society, but they were even better than we ever expected. This is our third rescue puppy and by far LOHS raised the bar...EXCELLENT in all areas.
I had a wonderful experience with my recent adoption! The staff is friendly and professional and Bri was very responsive and accommodating! I was able to visit a puppy and bring mine in for a play date within a couple hours and ended the visit adopting a sweet companion for Scarlett! Veteran friendly ! We also left with treats for our new addition! Highly recommended!
I had the best experience adopting Pina Colada, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bri Delos Reyes. The entire process was so easy, seamless, and stress-free. Everything just felt right from the moment we started. Bri was incredibly kind, helpful, and thorough — she made sure every step was clear and made the whole experience feel natural and exciting. I’m so grateful for how smooth the adoption process was, and for all the care Bri put into it. Highly recommend!
Adopted two beautiful shepherd mix sisters. Bri and the staff are incredible. Even though I had already prepared, they still provided me with so many goodies for Elsa and Star. Don't know how their reviews are not all 5 stars. Much love to everyone and every animal there!!!!
