Laguna Groomers

I see so many good reviews which is why I’m so confused. I’ve now taken my dog there twice, and it was the same experience both times. The first time I took him, the guy seemed friendly and let my dog sniff him before taking him back. When I picked my dog up, he was scrambling to leave as soon as possible. I thought he could just be having a bad day. Since then, I’ve taken him to two other groomers, no problems at all, no scrambling afterwards. I decided to take him here again. When I walked in, I let the guy know what I’d like, easy enough. He asks for the leash and just immediately DRAGS my dog to the back. Doesn’t even let him sniff him. I’m like, do you know anything about dogs?! Ugh, I should have stopped him right then and taken my dog somewhere else. I feel mad at myself for still

My pup loves it here! She’s had really bad experiences with groomers in the past, but those days are long over. She literally prances when she walks in and out. They’ve never cut her, they’re on time and a far price. The staff is super sweet and so good with my pup. We’re big fans!

Happy to say we are a second generation client. Both Chloe and Mia are taken good care of! Chloe likes to wiggle but her groomer always knows the cookies help her to behave. The owner has been so accommodating to my last minute requests. Thank you so much for the years of service!

I took my Cat Elly here. She’s a large 29 lb. Tuxedo cat that likes to roll around on the floor. She was filthy and smelled bad that was remedied after being cared for.

Have used them twice so far for our 3 dogs and they did an amazing job. They also did a much needed non anesthetic teeth cleaning for hundreds of $ less than at the vet. Couldn't believe how great their teeth looked. Will definitely do this there on a regular bi annual basis. Great service at reasonable price.
