I’ve never used their grooming services, but the store itself is incredible. The selection is huge and genuinely one of the best I’ve seen. My dog has a very sensitive stomach and this store was a lifesaver when I was trying to figure out what he could and couldn’t tolerate. I’ve bought everything here: harnesses, various brands of dog food, and even duck heads (gross I know, but my dog disagrees). I want to note I really appreciate that Coast Pet Supplies carries options for all sizes. The pet industry so often caters to small dogs, but this store is perfect for my larger dog due to the variety of products. Whether your dog is tiny or oversized, you’ll find what you need. Highly recommend: great products, great variety, and an overall wonderful local shop.

I can highly recommend! Our dogs love the owner Jessica from the bottom of their heart. The Costumer service is particularly amazing. Jessica went above and beyond to help select a food for my extremely allergic dog. This spot has everything you need for your pet, and it's location is super convenient with free parking. HUGE plus in busy Laguna Beach.

Jac was amazing—super friendly and incredibly helpful. I had forgotten my leash at home, and this happened to be the closest store to where I wanted to start my adventuring around town. It ended up being well worth the stop. Jac helped me find the right size harness, adjusted it for the perfect fit, and even looked through some newly arrived inventory to find a different color. I wasn’t really looking to buy something new, but it felt like an emergency. She reassured me by suggesting I keep the new set in my car as a backup in case it happens again, which made the purchase feel practical rather than wasteful. She also offered my dog some treats, and we had a really pleasant conversation. There are about five or six free parking spots on the lot as well. Overall, a great experience!

I came in for a small litter box as one of my kitties is sick, and I wanted a box available closer to the room he is resting in. Keith was so helpful and asked about my kitty's condition and gave helpful tips and even offered samples of freeze dried treats to help stimulate our kitty, Mousey's appetite. He loved the freeze dried chicken that I offered him when I got home. Thank you, Keith! I've always had a great experience at this store the past 13 years living in Laguna. 💛
