I dont even know where to start. I took my dog this morning at 10:18 AM. The lady at the front desk was training a new employee and was giving instructions on what to do/say. After I handed my dog to them, I asked at what time should I be passing by to pick her up, the lady start showing the board to the new girl where the times are at…and she tells the girl to tell me to pass by 2:30PM. Around 1:30 PM I called the place just to ask for an update and a rude as lady which it seems to be the owner answers the phone. I asked for an update, and she answers saying that My dog will be ready by 4:30-5:00 PM. So I start explaining to her that they told me to pass at 2:30 and she cuts me off and starts fighting to her employees in a really rude way. She doesnt even lets me talk and hangs up the pho

Loyal for 18+ Years – Still the Best! As both a groomer and a dog lover, I can’t express how happy I’ve been with La Bone throughout the years. The care, the staff, the puppies—everything is top-notch. Special shoutout to Jenny and the staff who always brings out the puppy in my senior pup. That kind of love and trust is priceless. And beyond that, the community here is something special. I’ve met so many wonderful people just chatting in the lobby while we wait. It's more than a grooming pet spa—it's a little family. Jenny as a breeder and as a groomer is nothing less then amazing. We have had 2 beautiful babies purchased from her throughout the years and honestly we wouldn’t go anywhere else but her! This is why when someone is looking for a place to groom there fur babies or purchase one. I gladly pass Jenny’s info along. Jenny and her staff are professional, attentive, great communicators and most importantly Jenny and her staff love what they do and love my babies.

I’ve taken two of my dogs here and I can happily say they are PROFESSIONALS the lobby is nice and welding and so is the lady at front sadly I didn’t get his name I took my dog SPARK today and he looked better then ever they are masters at their craft and encourage anyone looking for a professional dog grooming to come and try this place out ‼️‼️‼️

Went in for a haircut for my havanese and he came back with blood in his eye and bruises. This place might be hearing from my attorney. This is beyond unacceptable, and animal cruelty. All they give is excuses and lies. My puppy was bought at a store and not adopted as they say and he doesn't have a single aggressive bone on his body, he's super shy and had no issues the last visit. So to see him hurt is beyond suspicious and they prefer to blame, then take responsibility. If anything even did happen they must have abused him because he is bleeding and scared . Never coming here again. A bunch of lying gaslighters. STAY FAR AWAY!!! Will be filing report with BBB
