Kung Fu Shih-Tzu

I took my 2 Shih Tzu puppies to get groomed today! They are 13 weeks old and and this was their first grooming appointment. I couldn’t have been more happy. From the time I walked in until picking them up I felt nothing but positive vibes! I knew they were in good hands! We have booked our next appointment! I am more than happy to recommend them to anyone needing a compassionate groomer!!

I have been taking my little Yorkie Meeka here for years. She has tried other dog grooming places before but the reason we stay consistent with Kung Fu Shitzu is because of Meeka’s attitude when I drop her off and the family feel to the establishment. Once I tell Meeka she’s going to the groomers she gets so excited! Even passing her off she jumps into their arms. It gives me a sense of relief knowing she really enjoys this place and the people who take care of her. Her cuts are always great and clean. Will continue to take Meeka here as long as they are open. I’ve been taking my bichon Gigi here for the last few years and I am so glad I decided to give Kung Fu Shih Tzu a try!! I’ve tried Petco and a few other places but no one has perfected my dog’s hair like Kung Fu Shih Tzu has. Specifically Mallory, she is so wonderfully kind and has kept notes on how we typically like having my pup’s hair groomed. As of right now, she is the only groomer in Vancouver I trust with Gigi! She treats all of the animals tenderly and with immense care, she is also super receptive to any concerns or requests one may have. Overall, I can’t sing their praises enough, they are meticulous and skilled with their craft and it truly shows. They’re professional, kind, and talented.

Great people, so good with my elderly dog. And she always comes back looking absolutely adorable!!!

Our favorite groomer is Kung Fu Shih-Zhu! We've tried several in the area - a lot of groomers don't answer their phones (or respond to messages when you leave them). When no one was responding, and we saw the name of this groomer, we had to try it. Turns out they do a great job and we are glad we made the switch! They also took cute pictures of our pets that we found on their Facebook page. They are good to our dogs, the prices are right, and the results are great.
