Kriser's Natural Pet

I have been in the area for 6 years and just recently gave this place a try. I didn’t know what Kriser’s was, but I had a wonderful experience after bringing in my dog for grooming. I have a husky who has a lot of anxiety, but you wouldn’t know that with my groomer. My dog adored her and the job was so well done. Her fur was so clean, so smooth, and she was just so well taken care of. The store was clean, the cashier was kind, and it was just a great experience overall.

Great place for grooming! I have a shorthaired dog who is very nervous to get groomed. We love taking her here because it’s smaller, and very quiet. No more than 1 or 2 other dogs getting groomed at a time! The groomers are so loving and patient with my girl and do an excellent job with her coat and nails.

I bring my dog here for nail grinds and the ladies working there were so nice. They went out of there way to make him feel comfortable by giving him treats. We always get the nail grind and every time it’s perfect both Jessie and Eli have done an amzibg job.

I stopped by Kriser’s in Glenview today to grab a few things for my dog, and the customer service was honestly the best I’ve had in a while. The associate with long brown hair helped me the whole time she was super patient, answered all my questions, and really knew what she was talking about. She helped me pick out a new food for my dog and explained which ingredients would be best for his allergies. You can tell she actually cares about what she’s doing, not just trying to make a sale. While she was helping me, the younger blonde girl came over too she was super nice, smiling the whole time, and even helped carry a couple of things up to the counter for me. Both of them made the experience so easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to find people that friendly and knowledgeable in one place. I

Please don't bring your dogs here to get groomed. I called to make an appointment they told me to they only had an opening in the next 45 min. I rushed over with my dog. When I got there the groomer looked like she hated her job and needed to be groomed herself. She said she couldn't take the dog, because she wanted to leave soon and then told me I needed his rabbis vaccines which I said no one told me over the phone you needed it but I can certainly bring them back when I pick up the dog. I think she thought I wasn't going to tip her or something racist, but since I walked in she had the body language and attitude she didn't want to take my dog. When I asked to speak to the manager on duty she denied them to me said they weren't there. Go down to Wolf Gang on Waukgean where they are frie
