Krazy Tails Pet Grooming

BEWARE!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE! HORRIBLE GROOMING! Worst customer service and grooming ever. I took my mothers dog there to be groomed. They barely did so. She called me at 12:10 to tell me the dog was done so I sent my daughter to grab her. However, my daughter was confused and actually went to a different groomer in Manchester. When my daughter called me and I figured out what happened, I called Krazy Tails to let her know why she was running late and I received nothing but horrible attitude. I later called back when I saw the LACK of grooming done on the dog. She proceeded to tell me how rude I was that we were late picking the dog up because she closed at 12:30...however, the google listing says 3pm. These girls saved my heavily matted Puli, as her second hair came in so quickly it was like a bear rug. They are gentle with my dog and seem to care how your pet feels while getting groomed. No other groomer will would help with my problem in our area. Thank you Krazy Tails !

I've taken my dog here 4 or 5 times for nail trimming and each time it's been quick and painless for me and my pet. Kind of weird hours but they get the job done for half the cost of the vet.

Did good job on my dogs . Am gonna do now on a regular basis
