Kota K9 Dog Training

Thank you Kota K9 for working with our newfypoo Charlie. Charlie did the 3 week day training, Brittany and Dakota were so flexible with our work schedule. Before her training there were days it was difficult to live with her, basically she had us trained. Dakota did a great job with not only training her, but teaching us as well! She finished her training a few months ago and she is so much easier to handle. One of my main priorities was getting her to walk without her walking me and Dakota nailed it! I love taking her for walks and we can now take her on adventures with us.

Dakota and Brittany are AMAZING! They were incredibly patient and kind with my 2 dogs. I wanted a trainer that used more compassion and patience with dogs instead of yelling and military style training. My dogs (and my wife and I) learned an incredible amount during the 3 week day training package. My boys are now more calm and confident in themselves which makes our friendship that much stronger. I recommend Kota K9 to anyone that has a dog that needs some help learning their manners!

Kota K9 Dog Training has been a life saver for Strider and I. She had gotten to where she controlled my husband and I. She would do the zoomies and charge into us then jump and bite at our arms or go low for ankles. She would jump at my face. That's just a sample. So , after a lot of research , I contacted Dakota and Kailey. Kailey spent so much time with me giving me information re their services and prices. The free in home evaluation went wonderful. Dakota explained her behavior, how we were reinforcing it, and a plan for her and I based on what was needed. We did a 10wk in home training and now are continuing at their facility. Strider is such a pleasure to live with now thanks to Kota K9. Almost everyday she will come up with a learned behavior from Dakota like it has clicked with

Dakota did a great job with both of my boys, he’s helped “train me” on how to properly use rewards and commands. He not only showed immense patience for both dogs, but with me as well. He customized each training session based on their personalities, motivators, age, and knowledge level. I can’t recommend Dakota and Kota K9 Services enough for your training needs. You won’t find anyone more passionate for your dogs training and your needs from a training program.

Awesome!! Dakota has done such a great job with our Australian Shepherd, Whiskey. Whiskey started obedience training when he was about 9 months old. Since then his good behavior, at home and in public, has become very reliable. Dakota emphasized how important it is for us as owners to understand the how's and why's of the training because consistency is key. Whiskey and I both have 100% trust in Dakota's fair and positive approach to training!
