So happy I found them on line. I was in dire need for my ol girl Mercy, they welcomed me and my fur baby first thing that morning when i called for help. The tech and the vetanarian where very compassionate and just lovely! I am definitely confiding them as my new vet going forward. So the company was originally good when i spent a bunch of money there to get my dogs test done for Addisons disease and then pay 250 bucks every other months to get her Addison shot plus whatever pill she has to take throughout the week every day, but now because I can’t afford to take her in and pay all these extra fees. They won’t fill my dogs prescription so now my dog is going to die because she has to have this percoten v to live so they say they have compassion but only when it benefits them money wise.

Had an issue with a current vet. Our dog was worse and feeling very ill and throwing up after treatment the previous day. Current vet not available that day and receptionist just said monitor and wait until tomorrow when vet is back. Given how sick he was that was not an option and I couldn’t even believe it was suggested. Country Doctor was our vet for previous animals years ago. Called Country Doctor and they got us in within a couple hours. Very knowledgeable, courteous and treated our dog with care and love. Verified the concern from previous treatment which was very serious and would’ve gotten worse without immediate treatment. They put our dog on a counter treatment to resolve the issue. By the next day, you could tell our dog was starting to feel better and the issue was

My 2 year old Cockapoo was comfortable here! Was treated with respect and was listened to. Great and informative on his skin issues.

I changed over to Country Doctor. I don't have a lot of money to spend on corrective surgeries & such. They didn't try to make me feel guilty but worked & found treatments within my budget. Most of all, they love animals & treat owners well.
