Korob Pet Hotel is our go-to! Emmy always feels like a VIP here, though I suspect every pup gets the same exceptional care. After a year, we keep coming back for stress-free nail trims, affordable weekend daycare, and boarding that’s both social and relaxing (we love the lofts!). Emmy and I highly recommend Korob. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. My 2 year old 20 lb goldendoodle checked in healthy and happy and checked out with a BROKEN PELVIS and had to undergo surgery due to korob's neglect. I boarded my two goldendoodles for a week here while I was out of the country and received a text midair on my way home that "something had happened to Stuart" Stuart is my 2 year old 20 lb goldendoodle. I texted back immediately and told them I was midair on a 12 hour flight and could not call them and told them to text me updates and they did not respond. So I spent 12 hours on this flight thinking my dog died. When I landed I immediately called them and was told that Stuart broke his pelvis while under their supervision and was going to need surgery to fix his p

We loved this place when we lived in downtown Houston. It was my go-to before I found someone who could watch her in their home. I took away a star because the last time she was there she got kettle cough 😷 Not sure why that time was different but she didn’t have to do overnights again with her new sister. I like that they will text pics of your baby when you’re away. Overall, I would absolutely recommend!

It's been an amazing two years of Korob Pet Hotel taking care of my Robbie. The receptionists are so nice and understanding and memorized his name! There was one time I was late in picking him up and they stayed an extra ten minutes after closing so I could pick him up. They send photos of your pet when you ask, have the most adorable instagram account (they give your puppies pup cups during daycare!!!) I doubt I'll ever find a dog daycare as awesome as this place. :)

I can’t express enough how wonderful Korob Pet Hotel is and how important their outstanding and thoughtful service is to me and my GSD “Astia”. I frequently travel and rely on Korob and their outstanding team to care for my baby girl Astia with not only frequent boarding stays but with occasional daycare stays and all of her grooming needs. It is very evident that each of the team members enjoy and love their guests and give them special attention during their stay. The teams responsiveness and flexibility and always trying to accommodate my schedule is unparalleled. Danielle (Mgr) is so helpful and always looking to help with any particular accommodation for us, she’s even stayed after hours to allow me time to pick up Astia when I was running late.
