Knight's Carpets & Interiors

I’ve used Knights Carpet for a few different projects over the years and they’ve been consistently great. They helped me with Hunter Douglas shades in my home and also custom made area rugs out of carpet, which turned out exactly how I hoped. Most recently, I had an issue with one of the shades. They jumped on it right away, worked with Hunter Douglas, and made sure everything was handled under warranty with zero hassle for me. Good people, responsive service, and they stand behind what they sell. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for flooring or window treatments.

It's incredible how poor my experience with Knight's Carpets has been from beginning to end. My contractor brought on Knight's to complete a little over 4,000 square feet of flooring at a building I was remodeling to turn into a therapy center for special needs children. During my visit to pick out tile, the salesgirl, Mallory, brought out very pricy looking tile. I asked her if it fit into the budget we had outlined and she told me that she "didn't know". The following meeting with Mallory and my contractor I was informed that the tile we picked out was $4,000 over budget. I told the team that I did not approve of this and didn't appreciate the lack of transparency for the budget. Who tries to financially rip off special needs children? Mallory came out promptly and measured our house for LVP and tile in the powder room and laundry room. The proposal arrived quickly and was very close to another estimate I received. The install went flawlessly and we are very happy with everything. Knights handled moving the furniture out and back in making it an easy process. Would highly recommend Knights!

We would give Knight's 10 stars if available! When we moved to Templeton Knight's name was given to us as the place to go for flooring, we were doing a large remodeling and also adding 1400 sq ft to our home. Knight's did the flooring in every room, including a newly added workshop. Every room was done professionally with care, the results were wonderful. Our jobs were wood floors, carpeted floors and tile, so we had great examples of every type of flooring. We DO recommend Knight's to anyone thinking home improvement, they are the place to go. We had a great experience with Sheryl Knight and her company. She was helpful through the process of selecting the right materials, and they were very competitive when it came to pricing. They provided a an excellent schedule and stuck to it very well. Their installation partners were on time, clean, and very professional (no language, no boombox, no smoking, etc). They provided great recommendations, and completed on time. Sheryl also provided furniture movers who arrived in the morning to move the furniture out, and returned after the installation was completed to move the pieces back. It could not have been a better experience. A+
