She is very friendly and does a wonderful job with grooming dogs. I think her prices are definitely on the high end and her rates are never the same. One month she will charge X-amount and the next month she might charge $20.00 more or less. The rates are very wishy washy like she just makes them up day by day. We also had a appointment which we showed up for and she explained she overbooked appointments that day and we would need to reschedule. I was fairly upset due to missing work and I drove there from out of town. Overall she does a wonderful job but can improve in scheduling and have set rates.

Don’t take your pets here if you actually care about them, last year i brought my 2 cats here for flea baths and they cut a couple of my cats nails so short the whole nail was basically gone and I told them multiple times to be cautious with my cats since they are scared around new people and they go and made one of my cats whole paw red from their blood from how short they cut his nail and on top of that they still had fleas! And I’ve been dealing with the fleas ever since!they also won’t tell you when they’re done either and wait till they are close to say something about picking up your pets so you have to pay late fee too! So save your time and money and don’t take your pets here!!

I took my dog here for a grooming appointment yesterday. By the reviews, it seemed like the best place around, and they said they had over 30 years experience, so I thought it would be a decent place. We had an appointment for 9a, and when we arrived, it wasn’t exactly what I expected. The woman didn’t ask any questions about my dog, she just asked what services we needed (at which time I confirmed TWICE that I wanted a TRIM, not a summer cut), took the leash from my daughter, took my dog away, and said they’d call when she was done. My dog was there for 6 hours (from 9a to 3p), I paid $81, and pictured is what I got (1st & 2nd pic of her before grooming for reference). We’ve taken our dog to see Sue twice now and both times, Maggie has come out smelling and feeling amazing. The grooming lasts a long time and they really do an excellent job. It’s a little loud when you walk in because of the German Shepherds but one “QUIET!” from Sue has them shushed. It’s reasonably priced, easy to get an appointment, and the work done is exactly what I want.

We've had our dog there several times and she does just great. And our dog doesn't automatically enjoy everyone, but Sue is like a dog whisperer. She treats our dog as if it's one of her own. It's also great walking in the door and great not smelling an odor when you walk in.
