The only cat grooming in Annapolis (and maybe all of Maryland lol), and they are wonderful! The ONLY groomer that was willing to bathe my kitty after we found her on the streets and got her shots- been coming back ever since. Prompt, great pricing, friendly, and always deliver my girl clean and smelling great.

We have never had a problem until recently where the communication has fallen through multiple times. They cut my baby great the first 2 times but then the last time they shaved him down totally to the point he was unrecognizable. We just so happened to show up and he was ready with no phone call. Then to make matters worse they didn’t even try to give us a refund nor discount for the way he was returned. It wasn’t what we asked for & they were so nonchalant about it as if it wasn’t a big deal.

They did a great job grooming my golden, very professional and friendly. The cost isn't much more than a big box grooming and they do a much better job!
