Kitty Buddy

We wholeheartedly recommend Alena! She has been taking excellent care of our two kitties over the last couple of years. She’s been to our house for a total of eight visits and always sends us a daily report along with wonderful photos that let us know all is well. In addition to making sure that our kitties are well fed and played with and litter boxes attended to, she has taken care of our plants and brought in mail and packages. Alena has also contended with ant invasions and a kitty that likes to eat too quickly and sometimes vomits afterwards. One of the most important aspects of a pet sitter is to have someone that you 100% trust, and that is Alena for us.

Alena is a cat-whisperer. Our tabby is a shy cat, dashing under any nearby bed when a stranger arrives. Alena not only gets her out, she gets the cat to play and frolic. Alena sends us daily pictures, showing a happy furball. When we come back, the cat is happy and unstressed. In addition, Alena takes great care of the house, bringing in packages and leaving the cat's area clean. We never worry when Alena is watching our cat.

We have been using Kitty Buddy for several years now through 4 different cats and they are completely amazing! Very communicative, thorough, sends updates and pictures and has helped out with ill, older cats and new kittens. Very much recommend as she is one of the best pet sitters we have ever had. I can’t recommend Alena enough!!!! She is kind, caring, and reliable. She always sends pictures of my cat. When I come home he is happy and content. Most recently, on her final visit this weekend, she noticed our ceiling leaking from the apartment above, their bathroom had flooded. She somehow tracked down the maintenance manager of our building and took the time to alert him and get him on the job immediately. She kept our ceiling from caving in and causing massive damage. Alena is the best.

Alena was our cat sitter for many years in Oakland CA and for two separate pairs of cats. Now that Kitty Buddy operations have moved to Washington, furry friends and their guardians in the Bellingham area will appreciate Alena's deep experience, dependability, excellent communication, pro-level photos, and creative ways of delivering quality TLC. Over the years, we learned a lot from Alena and have become better cat dads because of her example. Gosh, I think we have to move to Bellingham now.
