Arrived at approximately 4pm yesterday for an emergency that ended up being very simple but the vet refused to see the pup. The tech checked his gum color, handed us a pamphlet for an emergency and specialty vet in Knoxville, and said you should have time to get him there because his gums are still pink and sent us away. There was an accident on the interstate so it took us 50 mins to get to the vet just to have a simple test ran to determine what was wrong. If this emergency was more than they were capable of handling which she stated he would require more care than they can provide then I wouldn't trust it with any type of vaccination or surgery. Just a heads up to any and all needing emergency assistance with diagnosis this is not your place!!!!

Been taking my furry girls here for 18 years. Family business. Absolutely friendly. I trust my veterinarians. They saved my baby Pekingese when she was so very very sick at 6 weeks. She lived a good 13 years when she wasn't expected to live 2 months. They know you and your fur baby by name and treat you like family!

Showed up with a minor emergency case about an hour before they closed and they turned us away. Did not even see vet, took pet to Animal clinic all the way in Farragut To have two Simple five minute tests done to figure out what was wrong. If you love your babies, I highly advise do NOT go here!! Only put one star because I had too.

My first time being here, and I have to say they are amazing. They treated my 15 year-old just like he is a little human. They explained everything amazingly to me, and came up with a plan with me to make sure he is comfortable and that I have more time with my baby boy. 5 🌟 all the way. Love them.
