King George Veterinary Clinic

I know this place is closing it’s doors but I wanted to share my experience here. I brought my 12yr old GSD here end of life care. The vet was Dr Niznik, and while the whole ordeal was unpleasant because of the circumstances, he was kind, thoughtful and respectful. The following week the office had even sent a sympathy card which was personal and very kind.

We switched out two GSD’s over to KG Veterinary clinic and I’m so glad we did. They receive one on one care and the doc actually knows my dogs. Previously at another vet they saw whatever Doc was available. The staff always pushed upselling, surgery, tests etc.. Here they are cared for and treatment is administered when needed not as a chance to charge more. I highly recommend KG vet clinic.

I want to thank KGVC for seeing me on short noticed when I needed to put my 10 1/2 year old great dane down. They were very compassionate and professional especially with me never seeing them before this. The front desk lady was very gracious with my husband and I as we took care of the business side before she brought us in to see the doctor too. Thank you again!

If you’re reading this DO NOT COME HERE. The staff is extremely rude and do not seem to care for your furry friend at all. They try to run tests that are not needed. They also do not inform you before running tests. They come back after they have racked up your bill without your permission. Adding to that they have a very rude and condescending doctor. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE for your own sanity. Would give a 0 star review if possible.

Been a patient for a few years when our old vet all of a sudden closed up shop with no replacement. King George Veterinary Clinic took us in and has cared for us ever since. They were so supportive when our senior Great Pyrenees male passed as he was the first dog we have lost. They have provided amazing education and pro tips along the way (THANKS MARIE). They do their absolute best to best to accommodate your schedule to get your pets seen quickly. I want to say thank you to the ENTIRE practice, you are amazing.
