1000 percent recommend Kelsey is soooo nice my dog loves her she does amazing work it was my dogs first time getting groomed we went to Kelsey awesome work thank you so much!!!

Kelsey was very engaged with our GSD. She listened to our concerns and history of our dog, and put Izzy at ease. Kelsey did a complete groom and did amazing!

I brought my 2 great Pyrenees in and what great job Kelsey did. Luke was deemed ungroomable but she got to know him and everything was smooth. Thank you once again

I've seen great reviews on here about Paynes Pups in King George, Virginia. I decided to take Buster there to have his 1st grooming session since we adopted him in January 2023. I was really worried as to how he would react to being groomed as I knew nothing of his past. By the lookes of his nails I really don't think he was ever actually taken to a groomer. We did however take him to the vet & while there we asked if they would clip his nails. They tried but he was way to jumpy & we were told that since we were going to have him nurtured, thst they would clip his nails under sedation. We have yet to have him nurtured but he REALLY needed his nails clipped. I did ask Kelsey to leave the hair on his head long however, while she was cleaning up his face or head (I don't really remember) he

Kelsey is so sweet and took extra time with my golden retriever, June Bug. She took time to get to know her and make her feel comfortable before I left. Kelsey had her work cut out for her as it had been a year since June Bug was last groomed. I had done some at home trims or hack jobs and it was an uneven mess. She had be trimmed shorter then I usually like to keep her but I was fully aware we needed a full restart since she was so uneven going in. June Bug smelled so great and looked like a new dog. I will definitely be going back due to the great service and reasonable price.
