Amazing experience here with this vet! They were able to answer all of my questions, were very patient, and they were amazingly gentle, kind, and sweet with my service animal They helped me figure out the issue, and helped me with a few future estimates, and were overall amazing. I highly recommend this hidden gem. From the front desk to the back rooms, it was clean, well maintained, and all of the staff were excellent! You can tell they really care here. This will be the only place I plan on returning to for future veterinarian visits. Thank you so much everyone here!

This is the most helpful veterinarian office I've ever been to. It's affordable too! My cat was very unwell and they made space to bring her in immediately even though we were not able established patients. The staff is so professional and personable. Bless them all.

We are from out of town and our dog needed a vet to remove stitches from a previous surgery… they treated us like they have known us for years and handled our dog so well. The cost was very affordable too!!! Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Carr is absolutely wonderful! She is caring, gentle, and truly takes the time to listen and explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. You can tell she genuinely loves animals and treats each pet as if they were her own. The staff at Kindness Pet Hospital is equally friendly and professional, making every visit a positive experience for both me and my pet. I’m so grateful for the excellent care Dr. Carr provides — I wouldn’t trust my furry family member with anyone else!

On October 19, we had to say goodbye to our sweet 14 year old dog. She had spent the entire weekend at the Destin ER vet (amazing folks by the way) and we ultimately decided to let her go peacefully in our home on Sunday night. We were desperately trying to wait it out until Monday morning where we could schedule an appointment with Dr. Connor at Kindess. Unfortunately she was in too much pain. I emailed Kindness first thing Monday and let them know about our devastating loss. I know they received the scans and reports from Destin ER as well. I heard nothing back. I emailed again a few days later (both Dr. Connor and the front desk). Still, silence on their end. I then called their front desk to confirm email address. Still, I heard nothing back.
