Worst experience ever. Rude service. Communication was sub par. My dog is a 15 month very well trained English bulldog and is loved by everyone. This lady Dianeand the elder man run a travesty. He was never walked and had no exercise so of course when he got his 10 minutes of freedom he was excited. But according to Diane, he was too rowdy and a nuisance. He needed exercise!!!! God u people need to close down and should be shut down by peta. Never never again

We had a last minute emergency and had to bring our 3 puppies with us and happened to find Emerald Coast Kennel! They weren’t only an answer to prayer but were so pleasant, professional and super loving to us and our babies!! Highly recommend them!

I have used Emerald Coast Kennel for over 20 years. They have always done a wonderful job caring for my dogs. They take care of any meds my dogs are taking and always accommodate any special diet needs I spring on them...I do not hesitate to recommend them...

We traveled from Texas to Florida for vacation and noticed the night before that our vacation rental was not pet friendly. We called to see if there was open availability for our pup and had the easiest experience for booking our pup a 6 night stay. It was nice having Maple close by while we were vacationing. The Emerald Coast Kennel took great care of our pup and also let us come by and check on her. The staff is so friendly and caring. It’s great to know there is an awesome kennel near our favorite vacation destination. We will definitely use this kennel again!

We were vacationing in the area and brought our dog. The rental wasn't ideal for her to get around in so we found Diane at East Coast Kennel. She took excellent care of our girl Gypsy and made it a great vacation for her too! We are extremely pleased with the facility and with the care Diane and her staff extended to our dog. Highly recommend. Very caring!
