Kims Natural Pet Foods

I was referred by a family member and they did NOT disappoint. I have a 7 month old Goldendoodle who is allergic to literally everything. After month of diarrhea and having to take her out all hours of the night, I was exhausted. No help from the vet. Just antibiotics and a $200 bill. I ordered an intolerance test and took it to Kim’s. I can’t remember the other lady who helps run the place.. but she spent 30 minutes looking over my pups test and going through ingredients in her store. I was floored!! And couldn’t believe the service.. the actual desire to help.. and then kindness she showed. Most of all.. her recommendation worked!!! My pup is diarrhea free (thank goodness). I am so thankful that I found Kim’s and I appreciate the willingness to help me in my most desperate time of need..

What a great experience at Kim's!!! I went there for Diamond dog food and Kim explained what all the different Diamond lines means and how they work with different age dogs. I never knew this and it was great that she took the time out for us. They all love the products they sell there. You don't get this treatment at big box pet stores and the employees at big box don't have the knowledge of all their products they sell. Thanks again, we will be loyal customers! Everyone need to support small businesses for people like this!

I would like to express how excited we are to have an Amazing local pet store for our family pet needs. The owner, Kim, and the staff are Wonderful. They are outgoing, happy, smiling, and very knowledgeable with all the products they sell in the store. They even loved ❤️ on our Toby (doggy). BIG hugs to Kim's Natural Pet Foods!! Excellent store for pet food and supplies. Fair prices, great selection and plenty of stock. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, always willing to go above and beyond. The reason for the 4 stars is the location can be a little challenging getting in and out of and the parking lot is not paved and those with performance or sports cars may want to park elsewhere and walk in.

I'm a new customer going there and first off. Let me start about the managers, Kim and Jesse that work. There are unbelievable and so kind and nice and very educated on the dog food that I got. They have me as a new customer from here on out.. Love. Love love this place. I would refer all my friends and family to this place.
