Very unprofessional , unpleasant,and rude!! She would not listen listen to anything I had to say was very condescending Also,I specifically sat down with her and explained how one dog has long ears and the other dog has a ponytail which is obvious which dog when you look at them. But she shaved off my dog's long pretty ears!!!! She was rude and impolite as soon as I walked in the door. I told my husband how she had acted and when he went to pick up the dogs she was the same with him. She only takes cash so don't be late going to pick up your dogs because you have to get her cash otherwise you'll hear that too!!!

First time was great. Second visit she was done in less than a hour and the cut was uneven in parts of my pets body, she shaved so close on his face he was irritated for a couple of days. Never going back.

I would absolutely NEVER recommend this women. I had an appointment with her for weeks, showed up on time and she wasn't even home. She'd obviously forgotten about the appointment, then gave me attitude b/c I couldn't sit and wait for her to finish shopping and get back home?! Doubtful she is even licensed or insured, looked like a hack business. Super unprofessional

what a nice, wonderful lady who truly loves dogs! I agree with all that has already been said by other reviewers. Her work truly shows her passion for what she does. We will be loyal patrons from now own.

She is a vile woman and mistreated my dog by shaking him by his collar. The cut was horrendous and her behavior and language was terrible
