I just want to say a huge thank you to the staff at Brunswick Forest Veterinary Hospital. My daughter had to bring her beloved dog, Oskar, of 16 years, there to have him put to sleep. Everyone working there showed such compassionate. They were so patient with my daughter, even when she asked them to pause a couple of times, because she wasn't ready to let him go. We know he is pain-free and in a better place now. You all are so kind and I appreciate the support you showed my daughter on the hardest day of her life. Thanks again.

I brought my dog in for what appeared to be the beginning of a mild ear infection. Without discussing treatment options, explaining risks, or even telling me what was being used, the veterinarian administered Mometamax single into her ears. I was never informed of the medication name or its potential side effects before it was given. Shortly after that appointment, my dog completely lost her hearing. When I contacted the office to report what happened, the veterinarian never once spoke to me directly. I was left communicating only with staff during one of the most devastating experiences of my life as a pet parent. Thank you to this team for being super understanding and attentive to not only my sick cat- but me as well. they communicated the likely problem with my girl, and explained each step to me all the way. Huge shoutout to Cassie, i believe her name was? Apologies. She was the gentle soul i needed when i was worried sick. Her personality brought me so much peace and i am so thankful to her <3

I want to thank everyone at Brunswick Forest Veterinary Hospital for the kindness they showed us during the passing of our little pal, Roxie. Not only were they understanding of our loss, but gave our dog the best care while she was still with us. It is always difficult to loose a pet, but the staff at this clinic were so compassionate. All they did for us made the entire process so much better for our family.

Doctor Zielinski and the staff are wonderful. All of our animals are patients here and we all think Dr. Z is the bees knees. He is acutely knowledgeable of his field, while also being an altogether kind person. He truly cares about the animals in his care. Everyone was respectful and courteous at our appointment to transition our Boston Terrier over the Rainbow Bridge. I could not be more grateful for their kindness.
